Come Back to Yourself

Move. Breathe. Play. Connect.

There is a kind of connection that begins quietly.

With yourself.

With your breath.
With your body.
With the natural world.
With the people around you.

These retreats are an invitation to slow down, get present, and remember what it feels like to simply be here.

We’ll spend time outside, move our bodies in ways that feel good, get on the water, explore the trails, rest, breathe, laugh, dance, and gather around the campfire.

Nothing extreme. Nothing to prove.

Just space to reconnect—with yourself first, and then with one another.

A Weekend to Feel Alive

Think:

Kayaking.
Gliding across the water and letting the world get quiet.

Hiking.
Moving through beautiful places at a pace that leaves room to notice what’s around you.

Meditation.
Creating stillness. Listening inward. Coming back to the present moment.

Floating Sound Baths.
Resting, receiving, and letting the sounds carry you somewhere peaceful.

Connection.
Meaningful conversations. Shared experiences. Being seen and being present with others.

Joy.
Laughter. Music. Dancing. Campfires. Maybe a little silliness. Definitely some moments you’ll wish you could bottle up and take home.

No Experience Necessary

You don’t need to be an avid hiker, experienced kayaker, or practiced meditator.

You just need to come as you are.

The intention is not to push yourself to the limit. It’s to feel more connected to yourself, your body, nature, and the people around you.

Come move a little.
Rest a little.
Laugh a lot.
Breathe deeply.
Be present.
